A Guide to Brentwood Coffee Shops
Caffe Luxxe
Near and dear to the heart of the neighborhood, Caffe Luxxe is one of the most aesthetically gifted coffee shops in Brentwood, given its minimalistic walls, chic seating arrangements, textured granite surfaces, trendy light fixtures, scrumptious organic pastries, and tantalizing aroma of gourmet java. The attention to detail that has gone into designing this adorable abode with soothing tones and familiar comforts makes it an easy go-to for long-overdue coffee dates, flipping through the pages of your favorite novel, or just taking a break from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Keep in mind, they do not have WiFi.
Alfred Coffee
Conveniently situated alongside the bustling corner of San Vicente Blvd and Montana Ave, Alfred offers guests a stylish yet whimsical atmosphere underscored by zebra-striped tile floors, teal tile walls, a patterned wallpaper-covered ceiling, vibrant plants, neon signage reading “But First, Coffee,” and a red brick paved sidewalk terrace lined with shrubs and showcasing some of the cutest four-legged furry companions. The picturesque decor serves as an accomplice to thoughtfully crafted, rewardingly delicious signature drinks like the World Famous Hot Vanilla Latte, breakfast burritos, and fresh baked goods. That’s not to mention, Alfred Brentwood was once featured in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Bluestone Lane
Located in the Wells Fargo building on Wilshire Boulevard, this recent addition to the ever-budding index of Brentwood coffee shops provides patrons a bright bohemian ambiance accentuated by warm earthy tones set against minimalistic white walls, touches of greenery, and remote work accommodations. Grab a high-quality pick-me-up on the way to the office or enjoy an elevated brunch experience with gram-worthy favorites such as avocado toast and healthy bowls.
The Landmark Cafe
Nestled inside The Landmark building – one of West LA’s newest and tallest high-rise apartment properties – The Landmark Cafe is a both luxurious and hidden gem boasting sophisticated elements, posh furnishings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows that supply immaculate natural lighting, and an adjacent courtyard. The staff maintains a tempting selection of organic coffee drinks and tasty brunch eats.
JOE & THE JUICE
Whether you’d like to settle into a cozy corner and appreciate the company of loved ones over a steamy cup of joe, fuel your quintessential sunny Southern California day with a nutrient-rich vegan shake, or peacefully study amidst the familiar comforts of a reliable neighborhood gathering place, whatever the case may be, Joe & The Juice has got you covered.
Blue Bottle Coffee
Around the early 2000s, in Oakland, a slightly disaffected freelance musician and coffee lunatic, weary of the commercial coffee enterprise and stale, overly roasted beans, decided to open a roaster for people who were clamoring for the actual taste of fresh coffee. His humble vision has since blossomed into a network of cafes across the United States, Japan, and Korea. That being said, Blue Bottle’s Brentwood store is wonderfully designed but intimately sized, so perhaps plan on enjoying your soul-stirring morning delight on the go.
