One of the most flavorfully unique coffee shops in Corpus Christi, Saigon’s Civet was founded by Christian Hoang, who after talking to a friend that introduced him to a third-generation coffee farmer in Vietnam, began importing the best quality java beans. Fast forward a bit and his recently opened store now serves as a bright, clean, and relaxed hangout with earthy tones, cute decor, speedy WiFi, and coffee that’s roasted fresh on-site; the staff similarly maintains a tantalizing selection of teas, smoothies, and Vietnamese pastries including bánh mì sandwiches, patêschaud and Vanilla roll cake, and others.
