Rowling’s series and accordingly concocts delicious signature amalgamations such as the Hedwig, Goblet of Fuego, and HuffleLove. One of the most flavorfully unique coffee shops in Corpus Christi, Saigon’s Civet was founded by Christian Hoang, who after talking to a friend that introduced him to a third-generation coffee farmer in Vietnam, began importing the best quality java beans. Fast forward a bit and his recently opened store now serves as a bright, clean, and relaxed hangout with earthy tones, cute decor, speedy WiFi, and coffee that’s roasted fresh on-site; the staff similarly maintains a tantalizing selection of teas, smoothies, and Vietnamese pastries including bánh mì sandwiches, patêschaud and Vanilla roll cake, and others.
